Reese Witherspoon and Rhea Seehorn

Reese Witherspoon began seriously pursuing her acting career shortly after attending Stanford University. Her early success was in films such as Pleasantville, Election and Legally Blonde. But it was her portrayal in the role of Elle Woods in Legally Blonde's big-budget smash that truly set the stage for her professional career. Witherspoon later won the Academy Award in the year 2005 for her role in Walk the Line. Her most recent films include Water for Elephants This Means War and Wild with which she won another Oscar nomination. The success of Witherspoon also grew to television. She was a co-star of David. Kelleys Award-winning TV program Big Little Lies and a producer. Witherspoon was born Laura Jean Reese Witherspoon on March 22 1976 in New Orleans Louisiana. Witherspoon, the daughter of nurses and doctors who worked in the medical field, was a debutante in Nashville Tennessee. She attended Harpeth Hall, a girls' private high school. In 1991, Witherspoon responded to a newspaper ad for extras a whim. In the age of fourteen years old She was cast in the lead role in her debut motion picture The Man in the Moon. Witherspoon was contemplating quitting acting her first year of college to pursue a doctoral career with her parents. Her appearance as lead actor in the film Freeway won her the Catalonian International Film Festival Award for the Best actress. To devote more time to acting, she decided to postpone her studies at college for an time.
