Charissa is a sportscaster from America. She was born on 5th May, 1982. ESPN analyst was chosen to co-host SportsNation for 2012 She cohosted ABC's Splash together with Joey Lawrence. Thompson, born and raised in Seattle Washington, hosted Splash on ABC. The youngest of three, Thompson was determined to make a profession of broadcasting at a young age. She attended Inglemoor High School at Kenmore Washington. Thompson relocated from Washington to California in order to enrol in one of the colleges for community students. She also gained California residency. Thompson moved to University of California Santa Barbara in the following year, earning an undergraduate degree. Thompson earned her degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor's diploma in Law and Society. Thompson clarified that while Sports Illustrated stated she attended UC Santa Barbara before transferring from UC Santa Barbara to a California Community College, she was not enrolled at Washington State. Thompson was offered by Sports Illustrated to do body painting in their Swimsuit Issue before starting her career in broadcasting.
