Aaliyah Dana Haaughton soared to fame after releasing her debut album Age Ain't Nothing But A Number in the year 1994. Aaliyah Dana Haughton was just fifteen when her debut album was released as Gold. The collaboration was highly inspired by R. Kelly, and made her a star onto the scene. In 1996, Jermaine and Timbaland came out with Aaliyah's sophomore album One In A Million. The album contained the single If Your Girls Only Knew, the top-selling single. Aaliyah became a well-known R&B vocalist after the release. Aaliyah appeared alongside famous martial artist Jet-Li Romeo Must Die (2000) which was an action-packed romantic film. Joel Silver, film producer and director of the film Romeo Must Die caught her at an award ceremony. Queen of the Damned was her first film role in 2002. The story is based on an Anne Rice novel. The Matrix Sequels saw her play Zee, after appearing on The Matrix Reloaded (2003) as well as The Matrix Revolutions that same year. In 2001, 1999 2002, 2003 and 1999 she was nominated for four Grammy awards. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. The actress is from Indian heritage and was born Connecticut. Mann is the abbreviation for her first name in marriage, Mankad. She employs Aarti Man and Aarti Mahumdar for her professional name. Although she began her acting career by playing minor film and television performances, her acting career picked up speed in the late 2000s. Apart from The Big Bang Theory, her notable other works include Leverage (2013) Suits (2014) and Grey's Anatomy (2017.) She has appeared in numerous commercials, including Volvo's global car manufacturer. Her daughter resides in Los Angeles and is pursuing acting.
